Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how My Guruji Classes ("we", "us", "our"), led by Pandit Mukesh Bhardwaj and operated from Flat No. 709, Mayfair Heights, Kardhani, Kalwar Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website, enroll in a course, make a payment or book a consultation.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect only what we need to teach you and serve you well:

• Contact details — name, phone number, email address and city, when you fill a form, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
• Enrollment details — the course you choose, payment reference, enrollment date and course progress.
• Consultation details — the consultation type and anything you choose to share about your concern.
• Technical information — basic device, browser and usage data that helps the website work properly.

For horoscope analysis, Kundli matching and other consultations, we may ask for your date, time and place of birth, and sometimes those of family members. We use these details only to prepare your reading or consultation. We treat them as confidential and never publish them.

If you share someone else's birth details, please make sure they are comfortable with you doing so.

• To respond to enquiries and schedule consultations.
• To process payments, enroll you in courses, give access and issue certificates.
• To send course updates, class schedules and important notices.
• To share offers or new courses, only if you agreed to receive them. You can opt out anytime.
• To improve our website, courses and service.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run our business — payment gateways, video hosting and learning platforms, and messaging services such as WhatsApp — only as needed for them to do their job.
• Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it.

Payments are handled by secure third-party payment gateways. When you click Pay, you are taken to the gateway's own page. We do not see or store your full card, UPI PIN or net-banking password. We receive only the payment status and reference needed to confirm your enrollment. Please also read the privacy policy of the payment provider you use.

Our website may use cookies and similar technology to remember preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well without them.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to:

• Show you the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop sending you promotional messages.
• Withdraw consent you have given.

We will respond within a reasonable time, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Our courses are meant for adults. If you are under 18, please use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated policy.
