These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the My Guruji Classes website, courses, payments and consultation services. By enrolling, paying, booking a consultation or using this website, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Disclaimer.

We offer online and offline courses in Vedic Astrology, Vastu Shastra, Numerology and related subjects, along with personal consultations by Pandit Mukesh Bhardwaj. Course names, lesson counts and prices shown on the website may change from time to time; the price shown at the time you pay applies to your enrollment.

• Enrollment is confirmed once full payment is received.
• Courses are delivered digitally. Your login or access details are shared by WhatsApp or email, normally within 24 hours of successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
• If you don't receive access within 48 hours, contact us with your payment reference.

• Each course comes with 1 year of access from the date your access is activated, unless stated otherwise.
• Access is for your personal use only. Sharing your login, recording, downloading or redistributing lessons is not allowed and may lead to access being cancelled without refund.
• We may update or improve course content to keep it accurate and useful.

All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment is made through the secure payment link shown when you click Enroll Now. Fees must be paid in full before access is given. Applicable taxes will be shown or added as required by law. Please keep your payment reference until your access is activated.

Refunds and consultation cancellations are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Consultations are based on the birth details and information you provide. Please make sure your date, time and place of birth are as accurate as possible, as the analysis depends on them. Timings are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp.

All videos, notes, charts, text, logos and other material on this website and in our courses belong to My Guruji Classes or are used with permission. You may use them for your own learning only. You may not copy, sell, share, upload or teach from them commercially without our written permission.

A certificate of completion is issued after you finish the course requirements. It confirms that you completed our course; it is not a government-recognised degree or licence.

Please be respectful in classes, groups and consultations. We may remove anyone from a class or group, or end their access, for abusive behaviour, spam or misuse of our content.

We work hard to keep our website and courses available and accurate, but cannot promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the course or consultation concerned. Please also read our Disclaimer.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
